​Ian has set up and developed a number of successful test and measurement  related businesses including Cal-Bay Systems Europe, LabVIEWjobs.com and VIresource.com. Ian has  spent over 33 years in the Automated Test and Measurement industry having previously held the role of Managing Director of the National Instruments (NI) UK & Ireland operation. Ian's focus is on helping companies improve their business image in their marketplace

Stuart Parker

​Stuart has managed the ongoing success of his Test and Measurement clients for over 25 years. He is focused on tuning into his clients test, measurement and product security related needs and facilitating cost effective and viable long term strategies and solutions to ensure that these issues are resolved from both a technical and commercial point of view.

Jane has a business degree and spent many years developing her printing business in South Africa before changing career and becoming a qualified bookkeeper. Jane has worked with Ian for many years and has been involved in the test, measurement and automation sector for over 10 years.

Automated test
​ADS has an extensive background in automated test equipment (ATE), industrial data acquisition, hardware development, including embedded systems and integration. Over the past ten years, ADS has expanded its services to include RF spectral capture and emulation, acoustic and vibration monitoring, RF EMSEC/EMI testing, and measurement, data acquisition, and control systems in the fields of electronic warfare, medical devices, energy, and transportation.

​Ian has spent more than twenty years in the world of consumer electronics as a Sr. Contributor to Digital Trends, The Jerusalem Post, and the world’s leading audio/video publications. He has also worked in-house in the fields of product development, product calibration, and helped manufacturers in the IoT space launch products into the global market.

Larry Zambotti

Engineering & operations
​Larry has been providing strategic, programmatic, and systems engineering guidance to ADS for over ten years. In addition to corporate strategic and tactical services Mr. Zambotti is the business area manager for Spectrum Fidelity and other spectrum applications as well as for the heritage business of data acquisition, design services and critical instrumentation systems. 

Joan Goldberg

Business Development
Joan has served for over ten years as Business Development Officer at ADS. She is also Marketing Manager, and co-owner of Terriss Consolidated Industries, a strategic partner of ADS.  Over the past ten years, Joan's responsibilities have included sales, marketing, customer service and business development.
